Terms and Conditions

This Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("you" or "your") and Techbox Solutions Pte Ltd. ("Mobipos," "we," "our," or "us") governing the use of Mobipos applications, websites, and other products and services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By utilizing our product, you are indicating your acceptance of and agreement to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please be aware that we retain the right to modify and revise this Agreement without prior notice.

Account Terms

Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and any associated information pertaining to the Services. Mobipos shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from security breaches.
Password Recovery: In the event of a lost password, please note that Mobipos is unable to recover or decode your password. It is imperative to maintain access to the email address registered with the system, as password resets are executed through email.
Account Inactivity:Mobipos retains the right to suspend any Mobiposaccount if there has been no activity on your account for a period of 60 days.
Account Termination or Suspension: Mobipos Reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Mobipos account if it is determined that the information provided is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete.

Software

The Services encompass software applications and web-based applications. It is your responsibility to ensure the installation of all software updates to continue utilizing the Services.

Payment & Refund

Free Trial Period: The Services offer a 14-day free trial period. To continue using the Services beyond the initial 14 days, a fee is required.
Account Suspension: Failure to make payment will result in the suspension of your account, rendering it inaccessible.
License Purchase: The purchase of license validity is available in durations of 3, 6, and 12 months, with all associated fees required to be paid upfront.
Credit Card Details: Mobipos does not retain your credit card details and does not perform auto-renewals. Consequently, it is your responsibility to renew the license when it expires.
Non-refundable Fees: All fees are non-refundable, and they do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Upgrading or Downgrading Account

As all fees are paid upfront, upgrading or downgrading an account is not possible until the license expires. To upgrade, you are obligated to purchase a new license.

Transfer of Payment/License

While all fees are non-refundable, a grace period of 14 days is provided for transferring or changing a license if it was mistakenly purchased. To transfer a license to another account/email, you must first log out of the license and then send us an email stating the change. For license changes, the value of the previously purchased license will be calculated and converted based on the new license pricing. All emails must originate from the registered email address in the system to confirm full account access.

Inactivity

No refund or reimbursement of license validity will be granted for any account with a valid licence that remains unused.

Pricing

Mobipos retains the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Such changes will not affect any paid Services until the next billing cycle.

Services

Mobipos periodically updates and modifies the Services. We reserve the right to make alterations or discontinue portions of the Services without seeking your consent.

Termination

Termination by User: You are free to terminate or cease using our Services at any time.
Account Deletion: We retain the right to terminate your account and delete all associated information if you have not accessed our Services for a period of 60 days. You will be provided with a notice via the email address you have provided 7 days before such action is taken.
Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the Services at any time.

Security

Mobipos employs necessary organisational procedures and technical measures to safeguard your data from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration, or malicious acquisition. However, Mobipos cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will be unable to circumvent these measures and gain access to your personal information. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with providing your personal information and data.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that Mobipos shall not be held responsible for any monetary losses or damages that you may incur while using the Services.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement

Mobipos respects the copyright and trademark rights of others and expects you to do the same. JJ responds to all valid notices of copyright and trademark infringement by suspending or terminating access for those who infringe upon the copyrights and trademarks of others.
